The EXPEC 2000 continuous monitoring system for non methane total hydrocarbons/benzene derivatives in exhaust gas adopts the principle of GC-FID technology, mainly composed of sampling probes, temperature and pressure flow, sampling pipelines, pretreatment units, online gas chromatographs, hydrogen gas cylinders, zero gas generation devices, etc. The high-temperature heat tracing sampling pump extracts sample gas, which is then passed through the sampling probe, sampling pipeline, and preprocessing unit before being analyzed by an online gas chromatograph. The system can simultaneously monitor various parameters in the exhaust gas (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, oxygen content), automatically display and save the test results, and upload the data in real time to the enterprise's central control system and environmental supervision department.
